✏️ Cleaning & Trash: The cleaning fee covers final disinfection. However, the guest is responsible for leaving the kitchen tidy. If the accommodation is returned in a state of abundant dirt or with accumulated trash, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Towels: Use them only for personal hygiene. Irreparably stained towels: €20unit.
✏️ Noise & Community: Quiet hours: 00:00 - 08:00 and during siesta time (15:00 - 17:00). Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the Community Rules displayed in the complex. Any intervention by the Local Police or the Community caused by a breach of community rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and the total loss of the deposit.
✏️ Damages & Liability: Please report any breakage or malfunction immediately so we can fix it. Any damage must be reported within a maximum of 12 hours from arrival to avoid it being attributed to the guest. Safety: Guests are responsible for supervising minors on the terrace and common areas. We are not liable for accidents due to misuse of facilities.
✏️ Swimming Pool: We are not responsible for temporary closures due to community maintenance or regional regulations (such as drought restrictions).
✏️ Bathroom & Plumbing: It is strictly forbidden to flush wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, or cotton buds down the toilet, even if the packaging says they are biodegradable. If a blockage occurs for this reason, the full cost of unblocking and plumbing will be charged to the guest.
✏️ Sun Creams & Oils: Please shower to remove sun creams, body oils, or self-tanners before using the beds or sofas. Stains from these products on sheets and upholstery are considered irreparable damage and will be charged as such.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
